Limoncello spritzers with mint

I don't really drink much hard alcohol, but this is a drink I am so excited to try! Limoncello (Italian lemon liqueur that I first tried in Capri, where it is made) , soda water and mint. It just sounds so refreshing and perfect for a summer day. And my mint plant is looking fantastic, so I need to put it to good use!

We tried a friends Mom's drink of choice, which was home-aid Limoncello, that was soooo strong, but delicious! Maybe the soda and mint would make it drinkable :)

Oh, that sounds delicious! I tasted my first lemoncello in Sorrento, just a stone's throw from Capri :) It tastes better over there, doesn't it? :)

HA! I made a lemon and mint granita version of this. I gues if you let it melt it will turn into your recipe!

Lovely blog!

Cheers!

Hi there, thanks so much for stopping by my blog & for the comment!

Limoncello is delicious, if potent, stuff. I too had it on capri - straight - and I like this idea of cutting it with some spritzer and mint. So summery!
