I went back and edited my earlier post on my 2010 goals to include one more item: stretch more.
I normally am rushing out of the gym in the morning to get home and ready for work and never stretch. In fact, I don't remember the last time I really did stretch after a workout. I noticed my calf muscles are getting a little tight and I know as I get older it wont get any better.
So my new goal is to leave the gym 5 minutes earlier, get home and stretch (and that will be give me time to catch the first few minutes of the today show)! I figured this was easy enough to do, I just need to remember to do it!
