1) Cook more fish (specifically salmon)Its so healthy and I live in the Pacific Northwest where we have great, fresh seafood. I need to get over my fear of overcooking it and just go for it.
2) Travel somewhere newNo location in mind yet, but I'm thinking of making this a goal for every year. It doesn't have to be anywhere fancy or exotic and expensive, just a new place to explore.
3) Continue eating locally, sustainably and seasonablyIn 2009 I really dove into the writings and teachings of people such as Michael Pollan and documentaries such as Food, Inc. and King Corn and I want to continue eating this way. I'm really trying to be aware of the foods go into my body the effect it has on the economy and especially the environment.
4) Take up a new hobby, such learning to knit
I've always wanted to learn how to knit, and what better time than the present!
5) Stretch more
I am going to start ending my workout 5 minutes early to get a good post-workout stretch in. Specifically a calf stretch.
