Greek feast

I made two delicious recipes last night I had to share. I love Greek food but usually I do take out from the Greek restaurant near me, but last night I attempted to make my own Greek food and I think it was a success!

I made Ina Garten's spanakopitas (really easy to do once you get used to using phyllo dough)

And I also made Martha Stewart's mini Greek lamb burgers which my friend Erika made last week too.

I was just asking Nick about lamb the other day. I've never tried it, and I'm curious what it tastes like. The burgers look delicious!

How delicious! Spanikopita is one of my very favorite dishes! It makes me think I could be a full-time vegetarian. :D
