Passover meal

Last night we had these two lovely ladies over: Erika (and fellow blogger!) and Jessie.  I lived with these girls for three months while we studied abroad in Rome (basically the best three months ever) and we try together together every few months for a catch up session.

hanging out at the Colosseum in 2006

Scheduling issues led us to finally find a day - last night - that would work for all of us, but it happened to also be Passover meaning Jessie couldn't eat anything that rises (bread, pasta, rice, etc.) so I decided to create our own Passover meal!

Complete with matzoh crackers and Israeli wine I made my first attempt at Matzoh Ball Soup, made a roast chicken and mustard roasted potatoes

Who needs leavened food anyways!
