I don't know about everyone else, but I must always have something for dessert after dinner. Preferably for lunch too but that doesn't always happen.
My Martha Stewart Everyday Food magazine had an awesome dessert in there that has been a staple in my fridge because it is beyond easy to make. The recipe calls for almonds but I used peanuts. I think any nut would be good - hazelnuts, macadamia nuts...yum!
