Dinner at Revel

For our birthday tradition, my lovely friends Meghan and Brynn  took me out to a wonderful birthday dinner at a new Seattle restaurant called Revel.

It was fantastic!  A unique urban-style Korean restaurant with a lovely open kitchen layout.  We were watching the talented chefs make our food all night.  And I couldn't get over how calm they were.  If I were a chef in a packed restaurant I would be a mess!

It's been raved about by New York Times food critic Frank Bruni and now we are raving about it too!

Sounds great! I'll have to tell my daughter about this one. She's in DC for the summer but she'll be back there in September :)

Love the interior of this place. It really does look like a kitchen, which gives it a bit of a homey vibe. Oh and the menu looks fantastic! I wish it were in NYC!
