For our birthday tradition, my lovely friends Meghan and Brynn took me out to a wonderful birthday dinner at a new Seattle restaurant called Revel.
It was fantastic! A unique urban-style Korean restaurant with a lovely open kitchen layout. We were watching the talented chefs make our food all night. And I couldn't get over how calm they were. If I were a chef in a packed restaurant I would be a mess!
It's been raved about by New York Times food critic Frank Bruni and now we are raving about it too!
