Cooking Delights - Breakfast on the go

I wish I could take credit for this insanely brilliant idea, but it's the product of The Yummy Life via Pintrest - a healthy breakfast sandwich!

Let me tell you this has been a game changer in our little household!  Nick and I are both up very early since we go to the gym before work (we're talking in the 5-6 a.m. hour) so there is no time for a proper breakfast.  I know the importance of eating a good breakfast so I'm beyond thrilled to have discovered this - a healthy breakfast sandwich!

I make a batch of them, wrap them up, pop in them in the freezer and then it's an easy reheat in the morning.
Brilliant and healthy!

love it! i'm always looking for new, healthy breakfast options for the work week. (although someone brought in brownies to work today and that's what i had for breakfast. oops.)

the overnight refrigerator oatmeal and oatmeal smoothie recipes on this site also look great!

Okay, maybe I need to hop on the Pinterest wagon after all - this looks amazing (and I don't even eat eggs!). I'm always looking for good ways to grab breakfast on the go - it really does make all the difference in the world for my day!
Great post, as always, my dear friend!

You go to the gym in the morning?! If only I could muster up that motivation. These look so yummy, I might have to try them regardless!

Wow! Love this! I love anything that can be frozen and re-heated. I'm fairly certian that's the only way I know how to eat throughout the week.. haha..

I love breakfast sandwiches but I only eat them for dinner. I like sweets in the morning but an egg Sammie for dinner hits the spot.

Good idea! How do they reheat? I'd be worried about the bread getting soggy.
